All products are custom orders. Production of the purchased products is handled immediately after purchase, and shipment will be done as soon as possible. As a result, products can not be cancelled, returned or refunded at any time. We do not offer a change of mind policy. This includes you as the customer selecting and ordering incorrect items, that include incorrect product sizes/dimensions, colours variations or other variant/version of the product. Please make sure that you order the correct size you want, using the size/dimensions chart provided on this website and pages. We do not refund or exchange for incorrect sizes that you order. If you have any question, feel free to write us an e-mail before you order. Once you make an order, it is not possible to cancel it or edit this order.
